Speaker: Dr. Wendy Soubel, General Motors (Ret), adjunct faculty WSU.

Dr. Soubel is an Executive Coach and Organizational Psychologist with a wealth of experience in leadership development, talent assessment, and career management. She has held various managerial roles in HR at General Motors and can provide a close-up view of what was required for success as a GM supervisor, manager, and executive. The roles she held consistently involved her working in the following areas:

In addition, Dr. Soubel has served on the faculties of the University of Cincinnati, UD Mercy, and Wayne State University. She was a Wayne State undergrad and received her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
