Ken Cowing is the leader of the Organizational Learning and Development team at DTE Energy, which is responsible for the following key functions:

• Performance Management
• Leadership Development
• Employee Engagement
• Talent Planning
• Customized Organizational Development Interventions

Ken’s background includes a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Development from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and extensive experience in helping individuals, teams, and organizations learn and improve.
